HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
There are several ways to place an order with Team Sports Planet. The first is to click on the appropriate link below and download an order form. You can fill it in and email it or fax it back to us. (Please be patient when you click the link, it takes a short while to open):

We can also email or fax you a Team Sports Planet Order Form that you can fill out and send back to us OR we can walk through your order entirely over the phone.

To begin processing your order, we require a 50% deposit via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Check, Money Order, or for schools, a Purchase Order authorized for the full amount. The balance is due prior to shipping your order.

If you are paying via check or check-by-phone for a 3-week uniform, we require the complete payment to begin your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you find it necessary to return any purchases, our Customer Service Department would be happy to help you resolve your concerns. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-703-2070 and we will address your concerns and make the appropriate arrangements to resolve the situation or receive your return.

There is typically a 15%-25% restocking fee for returned merchandise depending upon the returned items. Please be advised that no returns will be accepted on merchandise that has been decorated (i.e. screenprinted, numbered), worn or customized in any way.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the ship date.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We understand that changes may need to be made to due sizing issues, etc. We're happy to exchange any STOCK items that have not been decorated (i.e. screenprinted or numbered) or worn. Depending upon the specific exchange there may be a restocking fee. The steps for an exchange are as follows:

- Let us know what you'd like to exchange and why
- If the items can be exchanged, we'll provide you with a exchange authorization number and will let you know if there is a restocking fee.
- Send the items back to us with your Team Name and Exchange Authorization number on the outside of the box.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will ship your new items out to you.

- You will be billed for the shipping cost and may incur a restocking fee.

Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the ship date.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
Team Sports Planet accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders, checks (or check-by-phone) from your organization or corporate sponsor. We require a 50% deposit with the balance required prior to shipment. If you are paying via check, check-by-phone, or a money order, we require payment IN FULL to begin your order.

Checks will not be accepted for orders that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers (i.e. drop shipments). We require 100% payment in advance for orders that are drop shipped.

There will be a $18.00 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds..

A purchase order is acceptable from schools, universities and corporations solely at the discretion of Team Sports Planet management.

WHAT IF WE NEED FILL-INS/ADD-ONS LATER ON?
Fill-ins and add-ons are a fact of life in team sports. That being the case, we try to be as accommodating as possible when your need for 1 or 2 more uniforms arises. That said, certain costs are unavoidable and as such, there is a surcharge of $15.00-$25.00 that is necessary for any reorder under the 12 unit minimum. If your uniform has more than 1 screenprint color and/or location the surcharge is $15.00 per color/per location.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Shipping charges for UPS Ground and expedited shipping are below. Larger Orders, multiple box orders, AND orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S will be priced individually.

Drop Ship Orders (orders shipped directly from our manufacturers for rush requests) will be priced per the rates specified in the drop ship rates price chart. See Do you sell blank goods?

Please note that we do not do third-party billing for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Team Sports Planet is pleased and proud to ship the world over; including but not limited to, APOs & FPOs.  Naturally, your next question is “how much?”  The cost to ship an international order is based on the size & weight of the package as well as its insured value.  If you would like to receive an estimate we will need to know the package(s) you are looking at as well as the quantities and physical shipping address for delivery.  Feel free to email us this information as well as any other questions you may have. To contact us, click here and we will gladly get back to you as soon as possible. Please note international shipping quotes can take 1-2 business days to be generated.

What remains constant is the irrefutable fact that, Team Sports Planet can not, is not, nor should they be misconstrued to be in any way responsible for any and all tariffs, import fees, local charges or costs associated with any international delivery. In short, our international customers bear full responsibility for any and all such costs, including but not limited to: Tariffs, import taxes, transportation fees, international or country specific charges, however defined.

We sure do!  In fact, we sell plenty of "blanks" and are more than happy to do so.   

Please keep in mind that when purchasing blanks, we will more often than not be "drop shipping" them directly from the manufacturer to expedite the shipping process, meaning the only indication that these goods were purchased from Team Sports Planet will be on the packing slip.  Also, keep in mind that our manufacturing partners use a variety of shipping means (UPS, FedEx, etc.)  In most cases, we can not dictate these means or respond to any preference that you may have in this regard.   

Likewise keep in mind that, even when drop shipping, there takes some time for an order to be processed, both by us and the manufacturer.  This time period varies by manufacturer, but it (the order processing time) is almost never "overnight".   

Both stock and custom-made uniforms can be drop shipped.  With stock uniforms, the primary concern with regards to speed of shipping is inventory availability (i.e, "Are any items you want on back order?").  We will advise you of any problems in this regard as soon as we are made aware of it, usually within 24 hours. Custom uniforms can also be drop shipped; but remember,  they are still being made from scratch based on a pattern and your order specifics.  So, the drop shipping of a blank, custom uniform --while definitely possible-- can still require weeks of production time.     

In either case, stock or custom, please note that there will also be shipping time added to the picking or production time.  In some limited instances, we may be able to expedite shipping (e.g., 2nd day versus ground) but with most orders and manufacturers, we can not.  Ask your representative for details when placing your order.    

Due to the unique nature and timeframes pre-payment in full is required to purchase all blank goods.  For drop shipping costs, see below

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?
Team Sports Planet is proud to offer the men and women who serve in our country's military a 5% discount. This discount can be applied in part to any volume discount achieved. That's a two star bargain!

CAN WE USE OUR OWN TEAM EMBLEM (AKA ARTWORK)?
While there are some requirements for using your own team emblem, you don’t have to be a graphic artist or work for NASA to do so.  These requirements are listed below. 

However, if you have any questions, don’t be afraid to simply ask your sales representative for help.  If they don’t know the answer, they can find out for you quick.  Here goes.

Artwork can be submitted by e-mail, disk (CD, Zip, or Floppy), or a hard copy.  (Sorry but faxing doesn’t work real well!)  When you submit your artwork, please include only the images needed to produce your job.  This saves you time and spares us from confusion. 

Also, be sure that you name all your files appropriately (e.g., “Tigers Logo”).

If you’re sending it to us by e-mail, please include your team name in the subject line of the email.  If you are supplying a hard copy for us to use, please make sure the art is “camera-ready” (i.e., filled areas of the image are solid and dark without “scratches” or “banding”, all lines are clean & sharp).  Basically, the image should be ready to be reproduced as is.

Here are the technical specifications:

  • Adobe Illustrator (with fonts saved as outlines)
  • Adobe Photoshop (at least 300dpi resolution, as a .tif or .eps)
  • .TIFF (at least 300dpi resolution)
  • .JPG (at least 300dpi resolution)
  • .BMP (1200 dpi)
  • CorelDraw

Un-Workable File Formats :

  • Microsoft Publisher, Word, Works, Excel, PowerPoint or WordPerfect
  • Adobe InDesign
  • .GIF

NOTE:  If you can not send us your artwork in an acceptable file format, we can create your custom team emblem exactly as you want it to appear; there will, however, be an art charge of $25.

ANOTHER NOTE ABOUT FONTS: Requests for a particular font or type style must be accompanied with a font file otherwise we will find and use the closest match we have. We will not purchase fonts specifically for any order.

DO YOU SEND OUT UNIFORM SAMPLES?
Yes, we do.
We understand that sometimes you want to take a look at the uniforms and feel the fabric, as well as make sure that sizing is accurate. To help out, we'll try to send out representative sizing samples of up to 2 different packages. We can't guarantee that particular styles, colors or sizes will be available for shipping at the time of your request.

If samples are available at the time of your request, all we ask is for your credit card information, which we do not charge as long as the samples are returned within 3 weeks. We pay for UPS Ground shipping to you and include a prepaid UPS return label for your convenience.

If you choose to keep the samples, you will be billed for them at the resale price.

Unfortunately, we don't ship samples to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally. Any sample requests from outside the contiguous 48 states will have to be purchased.

And, accessories such as socks and visors will only be sent out with uniform samples -- not individually.

If you have specific sample requests (i.e. you want the samples in a particular color or you need a full size run) those samples must be purchased.  If you decide to return the samples without placing an order, you will credited the full purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. If you decide to place a team order, the samples can be used toward your order.

WHAT MEASURES DO YOU TAKE TO ENSURE MY PRIVACY & SECURITY?
Team Sports Planet does not sell, rent or trade your email address, mailing address or telephone numbers to third parties. We will gather individual, as well as aggregate, information about your pages visited and other preferences so that we can improve the experience on the website. It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via email.

CAN WE SEE WHAT OUR UNIFORM EMBLEM WILL LOOK LIKE BEFORE IT'S DONE?
Yes! After you place your order, we will email you a picture of your uniform in your team colors with your team name or emblem. If you want to make changes to how the emblem or logo looks we'll work with you to get it the way you want it. This way you get your uniforms exactly as you want them -- no surprises!

WHAT ABOUT RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE?
Team Sports Planet ships uniforms to teams, schools and leagues throughout the entire country and, in fact, around the world. As such, we simply can not and will not be held responsible for compliance to the specific by-laws of any single sanctioning organization, association or governing body with regards to rules, regulations, restrictions, stipulations or directives pertaining to team emblem or player numbers (including but not limited to size, placement, font, use of color or any other aspect). Likewise, we can not be held responsible for any governing body’s rules, regulations, restrictions, stipulations or directives pertaining to the construction and/or orientation of the fabric of uniform itself or related apparel (such as warm-ups). In short, sole responsibility for compliance–in all regards-- rests completely with you.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
Order changes are fairly common. We try to accommodate these changes whenever possible. However, changes to the size(s) or fabric color(s) of custom uniforms can not be accommodated after two (2) business days. If changes can not be made within the original timeframe of delivery, we simply treat the requested changes as a new order. A change in the package selected is a new order and the original order is treated as a cancellation. (see below) Ask your Team Sports Planet representative for details about the specific changes you require and how they can be implemented.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
Cancellation of uniforms ordered is permissible--without penalty--for two (2) business days from the date of the order as stipulated on the order form. After that time, you will incur a cancellation fee. That fee varies depending on whether you've ordered a stock or custom uniform.

- Stock uniform: Cancellation fee is 15% of total order price
- Custom uniform: Cancellation fee is 40% of total order price
